Whilst online with My Party Parcel, your payment information is encrypted to ensure complete privacy. Our system can only accept orders from web browsers that allow communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology, to ensure complete payment security throughout the transaction.

When making an order with My Party Parcel, the payment transaction process is carried out directly by our bank on our banks secure pages to ensure the highest levels of security. This is the most secure way of processing payments online. My Party Parcel does not store any of your Payment or card details on our system.

Once you have successfully placed your order with My Party Parcel you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Once the order has been processed you will receive a second email confirming the dispatch of your Party Parcel. If you do not recieve your confirmation email please contact us to ensure we have recieved your order, and to conform your contact details.

PRIVACY

You are a very welcome and important visitor to our web site, and we want to ensure you enjoy the experience so much you visit us again. At My Party Parcel we do record information about your visit to the store such as items that have been looked at and pages that have viewed. We may contact you time to time with offers and information we think you may find exciting and of interest, by way of email newsletters or promotional material, however we will only do this if you have opted to recieve such information. PRODUCT SAFETY

The toys in this brochure have been carefully selected, comply with the European Toy Safety Regulations, and carry the CE mark and age guidance where appropriate.

Due to small parts contained in some of the items, we consider all the products we stock unsuitable for children under the age of 3 years, unless otherwise stated.

We advise that adults always operate Helium Cannisters, inflate balloons and supervise their use with all children.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE / RETURNS

We want to do everything possible to make sure your party goes swimmingly and provide you with both quality products and service.

If you are not 100% happy with any of your party parcel products, please contact our party pilots and return the products to us unused (with packaging intact) in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty) within 14 days of receipt of your party parcel and we will absolutely refund you the price of the products in question in full. Scouts honour! Please include a copy of your order receipt with your parcel.

Unfortunately My Party Parcel is unable to refund the postage on orders or the cost of postage for returns. We strongly recommend that you return any unwanted goods by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT (at Standard UK rate).

SSSSHHHH OR SHOUT

Ordering your Party Parcel can be a family event with all involved, however, sometimes you may wish to keep it a secret.

With that in mind, if you would like your Parcel delivered in complete camouflage (by that we mean a plain box with no mention of the word Party), to avoid spoiling the surprise, please choose the SSSSHHHH! Option.

Alternatively, if the excitement of the parcel arriving is all part of the fun, please choose our SHOUT!!! Option, and we will add some fun stickers to your parcel.

My Party Parcel unfortunately cannot accept responsible if the parcel is intercepted on delivery and the suprise is rumbled!

STOCK VOLUMES

At My Party Parcel we do carry large volumes of stock and we count allot.

We do everything we can to ensure items are in stock and available for immediate dispatch, however if 50 people decide to have a Pirate party on the same day, who knew!, and we might find ourselves unusually out of stock of an item you have ordered.

In the unusuall event of a product that you have ordered being out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible to offer a solution and highlight any delay in dispatching your order if we think we may miss your required delivery date.

Then we start counting all over again.
